He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Allen and Vergial Ralph Allen; his stepfather Buster Ashe; his siblings, Lloyd Allen and Irma Robinson (Midge); and his son Shawn Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen (King) of Athol; and his sister Tina Semler (Ashe) of Athol. He is also survived by his sister in-laws and brother in-law and their children, many nieces, nephews, and cousins, great nieces and nephews along with great great nieces and nephews.
