He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Palmer and May Palmer (Washington); his daughter Kimberly "Kim" M. Palmer; and his sister Constance Baker. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Palmer (Pease) of Martha's Vineyard; his sons, Russell "Rusty" Palmer (Jaileen Hopkins) and Eric S. Palmer (Shirley Nolette); and his siblings, Merrill Palmer and Dorothy Kelly.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home (30 South St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
