He was predeceased by: his father Gary W. Patten Sr.. He is survived by: his mother FrancesJean Bates (Collazo); his children, Nicholas "Jude" Patten of Attleboro, MA. and Jaden Patten of Attleboro, MA.; and his siblings, Robert Patten of Halifax, MA., Pamela Hale of Nashua, NH, Dawn Burns of Louisville, Jimmy Patten of Norton, MA. and Johnny Patten of Norton, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
