He was predeceased by : his mother Lisa A. Waters (Higgins). He is survived by : his father Michael J. McCoart Sr. (Maritza); his children, Noah "Little Moose" J. Hathaway and Quinten Frazier; his stepson Xavier Frazier of Attleboro, MA.; his brother Michael J. McCoart Jr.; his stepsiblings, Vanessa Soto (Leo Negron) of Foster, Issac Soto of Woonsocket and Kirk Denham of East Providence; and also Cassandra L. McCoart of East Providence.
