He was predeceased by: his wife Helen A. Taylor (Keohane); and his parents, Joseph E. Taylor and Gloria A. Taylor (Carnevali). He is survived by: his sons, Christopher D. Taylor (Alyssa) of Plymouth and Matt P. Taylor (Lauryn) of Arlington; and his sister Gloria A. Taylor (William Pascucci) of Mansfield.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home (55 N Main St, Mansfield, MA 02048). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (330 Pratt St, Mansfield, MA 02048).
In lieu of flowers, Joseph's family has requested that contributions in his memory be made to the Helen and Joseph Taylor Memorial Fund, care of Bishop Feehan High School, 70 Holcott Drive, Attleboro, MA 02703.
