He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garrott and Jenny Garrott (Marsden). He is survived by: his wife Carolann D. Garrott (Plante); his children, James Garrott (Sally) of Seekonk and Cheryl Portella of Providence; his grandchildren, Matthew and Kassandra Garrott; and his children, Michael Coleman and Kayla MacDougall.
