He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Falter and Priscilla Falter; his wife Ann Falter (DiZio); his children, Eric (Stephanie), Donna and Melissa Falter; and his siblings, Diane (Anthony Butera), William (Janet Falter), Brian Falter of Donegal, Ireland, Mark (Lori Falter), Janice Falter of Brighton, MA and Robert Falter (Thomas Falter) of Brighton, MA. He was also cherished by his grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
