He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol A. Breeds (Bakstran); his daughters, Michelle M. Lempicki (Keith) of Auburn and Shawna M. Bates (Keith) of Oxford; his siblings, Thomas J. Breeds (Shannon) of Sebring, FL, Daniel P. Breeds (Joan) of Holden, Mary Patricia Andersen (Michael) of Holden and Maureen E. Breeds of Worcester; his grandchildren, Sarah Lempicki (Jack Regan), Ryan Lempicki and Hayden Bates; and his parents, James R. Breeds, Jr. and Mary P. Breeds (Morris).
The family requests that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions made to, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
