Layte of Concord and James R. Layte; his close friends, Janeen McLaughlin of Ocala, Thomas M. Layte (Margaret) of Beaumont, CA and Paul W. Layte (Jennifer) of Charlton; his brother-in-law Theodore Mrugala of Auburn; and his pet Frankie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
