He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Regan and Ruth Regan; and his sister Kathleen B. Guilds. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Regan; his daughter Shannon Richards; and his siblings, James Regan and Christine Crawford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
