We announce the death of Joseph R. Sbrogna Jr. of Auburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 72. Joseph will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Joseph’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his brother Samuel "Sam" Sbrogna; and his parents, Joseph R. Sbrogna, Sr. and Constance Sbrogna (Uccello). He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Sbrogna (Carter); his daughters, Lisa Sbrogna of Auburn and Julie Yaskoski; and his granddaughter Calista of North Brookfield. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Church (189 Oxford St N, Auburn, MA 01501).
