He was predeceased by : his grandfather Michael J. Dell'Aquila. He is survived by : his grandmother Theresa C. Dell'Aquila (Prue); his wife Elizabeth A. Dell'Aquila (Veduccio); his son Dominic Dell'Aquila; his pet Meow Meows; his mother Lynne Isom (Richey); his siblings, Sabreana Morin (Jesse Davis), Roy and Richard Brigham; his cousin Nicholas Mitti; his aunt Anne Mitti (Dell'Aquila); and his uncle Michael Dell'Aquila (Lysa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Respectfully omitting flowers, memorial donations are encouraged to be made to a charity of your choice, in Josh's name.
