She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Giaquinto; her sisters, Phyllis Marone, Jackie Lombardi and Janice Gruber; and her parents, Joseph and Alice Dame.
She is survived by: her children, Carolanne Hehir (William) of Bolton, Joseph Giaquinto (Janette) of Auburn, Jody Giaquinto of Worcester and Edward Giaquinto (Lesa) of California; and her sisters, Karen Breen of Cape Cod and Cynthia Eaton of Cape Cod. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
