He was predeceased by: his siblings, Warner Hill, Shirley and Barbara; his stepson William Zalieckas; and his parents, Henry Hill and Marie Hill (Boucher).

He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Hill (Kent); his children, Raymond "Ray" Hill (Jane) of Uxbridge, Debra Hill of Auburn, David Hill of Arkansas, Robin Anderson (Roger) of Princeton and Karen Ritchotte of Sudbury; his stepchildren, Karen Ares (James) of Northborough and Robert Zalieckas of Bozeman, MT; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Hill of Auburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
