He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Swanstrom Kelley (Connor); his parents, George Raymond and Anne Kelley (Looney); and also, Kim Swanstrom and Donna Hamasse Petry.
He is survived by: his son Jason Kelley of Brattleboro, VT; his stepsons, John C. Swanstrom, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Steven E. Swanstrom of Worcester and Todd J. Swanstrom (Shelly) of Kuna, ID; and his siblings, Robert Kelley of Haverhill and Linda Crepeau of Lincoln, RI..
