It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Sabatalo of Auburn, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Angelo Sabatalo, Rita DiVirgilio, Joe Sabatalo and Theresa Demalia; his close friend Anthony "Tex" Coffone; and his parents, Angelo Sabatalo and Florence Sabatalo (DePalma).
He is survived by : his wife Patricia A. Sabatalo (Lee); his children, John Sabatalo (Lynn) of Cincinnati, OH, Michael Sabatalo (Luis Aviles) of Auburn, MA, Stephen Sabatalo (Carol), Maryellen Williamson (Mark) and Susan Chianese (Christopher) of Paxton, MA; his grandchildren, Erica, Ryan, Brian (Eileen), Stephen (Heather), Christopher, Kelly, Nick, Meghan, Claire and Lynn Mary; his granddaughter-in-law Marianne Sarkisian Sabatalo; his great grandchildren, Theo, Rose, Jane, Anthony, Carmella, Gino, Mila and JJ; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Sabatalo of Worcester, MA and Mary Horgan of Auburn, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
