He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Ouellette (Ritacco); his sister Annette Greenleaf; and his parents, Henry P. Ouellette and Rosella B. Ouellette (Harpin). He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie A. Ouellette; his granddaughters, Kate of Auburn and Emily Jajliardo of Auburn; and his siblings, Lorraine Plonski, Florine "Flo" Ouellette, Evelyn Brown (Thomas), Dianne Luperchio and Leo Ouellette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
