With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon (Sherby) Mercadante of Auburn, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sharon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sharon farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frederick "Freddy" Mercadante; her parents, William Sherby and Nora Sherby (Goodrich); her sons, Michael Mercadante (Tracy) of Spencer and Marc Mercadante (Stephen Zukowski) of Worcester; and her sister Nora Carlissi. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, a great granddaughter; nieces, nephews.
