He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Diane O'Toole; and his parents, Francis J. O'Toole and Mildred E. O'Toole (Morrissey). He is survived by: his children, Ryan M. O'Toole (Rebecca) of Charlotte, NC and Amy L. Brodeur (Stephen) of Charlton; his grandchildren, Molly, Jacob, Emily Brodeur of Charlton, Jack and Maggie O'Toole of Charlotte, NC; and his brother Kevin O'Toole of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
