He is survived by: his wife Meghan Holt Chrisos; his children, Emma, Ryan and Madelyn; his mother Shirley Chrisos-Haslam (Paul); his brothers, Billy and Jonathan; his in-laws, Michael and Joan Holt; Matthew Holt. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
