He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Bremer and Joanne E. Bremer (Coill); his mother-in-law Katherine Petkewich; his sisters-in-law, Jessica Petkewich and Judy Petkewich; and his father-in-law William Petkewich.

He is survived by: his wife Kerry J. Bremer (Petkewich); his children, Kristen L. Bremer, Jonathan W. Bremer, Kaitlyn M. Bremer and Jake A. Manning; his siblings-in-law, Jim, Laura Petkewich of Leominster, MA, Paul Petkewich of Littleton, MA, Janice, Bernie Wenstrom of Ayer, MA and Bob Petkewich of Pepperrell, MA.; his sister Julie Knight of Hooksett, NH.; and his sibling's children, Nicole, Amy, Kelsey, Shawn, Brian, Jill, Nicholas, Christopher, Katie, Cassidy, Jordan, Madison, Layla and Bo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress.
