He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kazeniac and Marjorie Kazeniac (Latham). He is survived by: his wife Pam Kazeniac (Forty) of Westford; his children, Kate Burke (Ryan) of Charlestown and Andrew Kazeniac (Sayuri) of Melrose; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Chase Burke, Reina and Noa Kazeniac; his sisters, Marisha Taylor of Vero Beach, FL and Mildred Kazeniac of Westford; and his brothers-in-law, Kent Forty of Mason, NH and Karl Forty of Westford.
