It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. (Callahan) Guthrie of Ayer, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Callahan and Ruth Callahan (Evans); her daughter Patricia "Trish" Calato; her siblings, Thomas Callahan, William Callahan and James Callahan; and her former husband James Guthrie.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth "Betsy"; her son-in-law David Cote of Lunenburg; her son James D.; her children-in-law, Debbie Guthrie of Rindge, NH and Paul Calato of Boston; her brother Francis P. Callahan of Ayer; and her grandchildren, Harrison Calato Davis, Cameron Calato, Abigail Cote and Jack Cote.
