He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter C. Farley and Yvonne M. Moran Farley (Ferron); his daughter-in-law Keri-Lyn Farley of Fitchburg; his granddaughter Erica Lynn Farley of Shirley; and his siblings, L. Robert Moran, Rita Maille and Irene Sheehan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Volungus); and his sons, Sean Farley (Tammy) of Shirley, Kevin Farley (Jennifer) of Shirley and Keith Farley of Fitchburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
