He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forest and Melinda Forest (Colard); his wife Ernestine "Tina" Forest (Kidder); and his siblings, Donatien, Steven, Roland Forest, Cecile McWatters, Estelle Oyler, Rita Desrosier and Theresa Gagne.
He is survived by: his children, Jo-Anne Poirier (Claude) of Little River, SC, Bryan Forest (Patricia) of Bolivia, NC, Brandon Forest (Debra) of Shirley, Bradley Forest of Ayer and Brett Forest of Ayer; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Alexis) of Ayer, Daniel Forest (Tricia Oliveria) of Marlborough, Stephanie Forest (Jeager Wells) of Pittsburgh, PA, Lauren LaCivita (Patrick) of North Andover, Shannon Forest of Los Angeles, CA, Adam Forest, Grace Forest of Shirley, Matthew Forest, Julia Forest of Rutland and Dr. Marc Poirier (Erin) of Pooler, GA; and his great grandchildren, Otto, Tucker, Reagan, Jacob and Ford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
