He was predeceased by: his wife Linda R. Walsh; his parents, Margaret T. Walsh of Everett and Malden; and his grandchild Jemma R. Feinberg. He is survived by: his former wife Catherine E. Mack of Everett, MA.; his children, Laura B. Mosquera (Joaquin J. Mosquera) of Germantown, MD and Randi L. Johnson (Jermaine Campos) of Saugus; and his grandchildren, Jonathan X. Mosquera, Zachary A. Mosquera, Rebecca E. Mosquera, Tanashia L. Johnson, Justin L. Feinberg, Jared Feinberg, River S. Feinberg and Reisa R. DiNatale.
