He was predeceased by: his sister Christine Marie Gardner. He is survived by: his parents, Zelma A. Case and Frank C. Moore, Jr.; his child Kayden O'Donnell; his wife Cheryl Ann O'Donnell (Broderick); his child Stephine; and his brother Furanku Moore.
His contributions to the organization were significant, reflecting his strong work ethic and willingness to support colleagues.
