She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Alma Tacconi (Pettaniti); her husband Gerald W. Hazard; her children, Brian (Vicky), Joe, Jenny and Stephen; her grandsons, Adam and Tyler; her daughter Lisa; her grandchildren, Lauren, Mike (Michael) and Matthew; her children, Gerald W., Jr., Whitney, Seth (Kristina), Quinton and Claire; and her great grandchildren, Reia, Olivia and Eliza.

In lieu of flowers, Anne's family requests that donations be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church or Sturgis Library.
