We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2024, at the age of 64, David John Correia of Barnstable, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though David has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate our lives in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Lucia Cardoso; his daughter Jennifer L. Correia-Foye; his son-in-law Christopher J. Foye; his brother Dan Correia; his parents, Alcinda Pinansky (Gibau-Correia) and John Correia; his sister Denise; his brother-in-law Christer; and his nephew Marcus Eriksson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Waitt Funeral Home (850 N Main St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
