He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro J. Fermino Sr. and Hazel Fermino (Haynes); his son-in-law David Mason; and his sister-in-law Dawn Fermino. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fermino (Parker); his friend Jack Almer; his children, Jennean Mason (Dave), Gretchen Harry (Bob Correia), Sherra Fermino and Tim Fermino (Debora); his grandchildren, Sophie Jean Harry, Max Fermino, Naia Fermino, Nathaniel Correia and Laurel Correia; and his brother Pedro J. Fermino Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation in Fran's memory to the United Methodist Church in Osterville or the Cape Cod Alzheimer's Family Support Center. And, in the spirit of Fran's lifelong commitment to the Marine Corps and his love of helping others, we ask that you remember him at Christmastime by, considering a donation to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, helping to bring joy to a child in need.
