He was predeceased by : his parents, James Vincenzo and Assunta Ruberti (Diodati) of Fitchburg, MA; and his siblings, Elvio (Al), Aurelio (Babe), Christina (Jankowski) and Sylvio.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia (Molloy); his children, Kristin Aconfora (Sam), Jeff (Monica Grewal) and James (Abigail); his grandchildren, Dane, Kate, Angelica (Aconfora), Justin Krasinski, Anika Ruberti, James, Will and Scott Ruberti; and his great grandchildren, Elliott and Pearl. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
