She is survived by: her husband James Sethares (Jim); her siblings, Sandy and Bill; her siblings-in-law, George, Merle and Anita; her great grandchild Julian; her children, Bill Sethares (Ann Bell), Marilyn Nieuweboer (Raymond) and Andrea Rzeznikiewicz (Kevin); her grandchildren, Tracy Sloboda (Frank) and Lauren Nieuweboer (Matthew Cayer); her great grandchildren, Maggie, Charlotte, Madeline and Cameron; her sisters, Jill Howe and Sally Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Brown, Gerald Keohane, Nancy Jarvis, Calliope Davis and Eirene Parker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Doane Beal & Ames Funeral Home (160 W Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Mosswood Cemetery (280 Putnam Ave, Cotuit, MA 02635).
She even learned to make yaprakia, a cherished contribution to family celebrations.
