He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Berlandi (Ardolino) and Joseph Berlandi; his wife Susan Saviteer Berlandi; his daughter Kathryn Ann Zinn (Robert Zinn); his granddaughters, Emma and Olivia of Bolton, MA.; his son Brian Lawrence Berlandi (Katheryn); his grandchildren, Amelia, Eloise and John of Pawling, NY; his son Kevin Joseph Berlandi (Stephanie Berlandi); his granddaughter Isabella Berlandi of Playa Vista, CA; and his sister Barbara Santosuosso of Plymouth, MA. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Though Mr. Berlandi resigned from the village association's board of directors after shepherding these organizations through the Covid pandemic, the community still benefits from the blueprint he helped put in place.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Mr. Berlandi's memory to the Barnstable Historical Society.
