He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Rob Melchionna (Carolyn) of Plymouth and David Melchionna of Port Williams; his grandchildren, Ella and Nikki Melchionna; and his siblings, Carmine Melchionna (Patricia) of Cape Coral, Daniel Melchionna (late Michele) of Port St and Mary Temporale (John) of Cape Coral.
