He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Trifilo and Elvira Trifilo; and his siblings, Josephine, Cleveland, Joseph, Matthew, Diamond and Tindaro.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann Trifilo; and his children, Joel J. Trifilo (Nancy), Rebecca Battista (Mark), Jessica Chaisson and Christina Rapisarda (Robert). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
