He was predeceased by: his sister Allyson McGill (O'Neil); his parents, George J. O'Neil Jr. and Carol O'Neil (Stefano); and his stepmother Nellie Joan O'Neil (Schutte). He is survived by: his wife Christina O'Neil (Walker) of Barre; his children, George J O'Neil IV of Barre and Riley E. O'Neil of West Hempstead, NY; his siblings, John O'Neil (Gina) of Farragut, TN and Cheryl Buckley (Troy) of Evington, VA; his brother-in-law Tony McGill of Maryville, TN; and his aunt Barbara O'Neil (Stefano) of Hubbard, OH. He is also survived by many cousins; nieces and nephews.
