He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Rice and Alberta DiRuzza (Harty); and his siblings, Robert Rice (Bunny) and Marilyn Tebow (Rice). He is survived by: his wife Carmela A. Rice (Ricchiazzi); his brother George Rodgers; his children, Kevin Rice of Leominster, Cheryl Ethier of Boylston, Laurie Beers of Elizabethtown and Jeffrey Rice of Douglas; his grandchildren, Dr. Heather Beers of Rockland and Eric S. Beers of Bonnieville; and his great grandchildren, Atticus Beers and Raya Beers.
