“Jack & I met when we were both stationed in Thailand. He was from Barre & I was from Barre & we had never met before. Of course Barre, Mass & Barre, Vermont might have had a little to do with that! Back in 1979 he tracked me down & the last time we got together was 2023. Friends of this quality are rare. 55 years he & Noy shared. My wife, Carol & I have been together for 50 years. Memories are life's greatest reward, especially when you have found your life's partner to share them with.”
