He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Ruskowski (McCauley); his children, Tammy Norwood (Michael) and Mark Madsen Sr.; his sister Joanne Cesary (Ruskowski); his son Michael Arthur Madsen; and his parents, Peter A Ruskowski and Benedicta "Betty" Ruskowski (Grigas). He was also cherished by his sisters and brothers in law, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
