It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Mennard of Barre, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Dahart and Alice Dahart (Moore). She is survived by: her children, Sheryl (Dennis Davis) of Barre, Janet Mennard (Scott Atchue), Julie (Charlie Payne) of Oakham, Thomas Mennard (Cindy) of Chicopee and Paul Mennard of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Shawna Davis, Seth Davis, CJ Sabine (Amanda), Becky Mennard, Nicholas Mennard and Andrew Goodsell; her great grandchild Cainen Davis; and her siblings, Jean Saari of Gardner and Reid Dahart of New Bern, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Sylvia has asked for people to go out and extend an act of kindness to a family member, friend, neighbor or stranger, each and every day.
