He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklyn Withers and Maritta Withers; and his sister Mary Rathbun. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark (Rhoda), Glenn (Sally), Matt (Michelle), Steve (Nikki), Kathy (Lloyd) and Debra; his siblings' children, Judi Winters, Staci Barrett, Adam Walsh, Brendan Walsh, Lucas Withers, Kayla Brazeau, Gavin Withers and Kris Herlihy; and his close friend Dick James.
