She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Leroy Hafer and Mary Stewart Hafer. She is survived by: her husband Alan M. MacRobert; and her children, Lucy and Andrew (Jackie).
She was on the board of The Polyamory Foundation, helping to judge the merits of grant applications to advance understanding and recognition of ethical non-monogamy and known best practices for healthy group relationships.
