He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cardoza and Eleanor Cardoza (Flynn); and his brothers, William, John "Buddy" and Daniel Cardoza.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Cardoza of Michigan, Edwin Cardoza, Jr. (Shawnteel) of Michigan, James Cardoza (Renee') of Michigan and Amy Cardoza (Frankie Beaulieu) of Medford; his grandchildren, Bryan, Sean, Danny, Lexi (Austin), Payton (Jake), Aaron (Kenzie), Kendra, Emily (Zack), Andrew, Lizzy, Connor, Jimbo, Eli, Anthony and Damian; his great grandchildren, Ryder, CJ, Grayson, Blakely, Everly and Hudson; and his siblings, Eleanor "Bunny" Dooley (James), Leonard "Pat'Cardoza, Dorothy Rowley (late Steve), Laura Chamberlain (Mark), Thomas Dunn, Andrea Kramer and Joe Dunn.
