She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen McQuaid and Hugh McQuaid (late Henry L. Ouellette); her siblings, Ellen Maloney (late Kevin) and Hugh "Sonny" McQauid; and her husband Henry.
She is survived by: her children, John Ouellette (Jennifer) of Arlington, Christopher Ouellette (Leslie) of Arlington and Michelle R. Ouellette of Arlington; her grandchildren, Meghan, Jack, Kevin and Ryan; and her niece Ellen Ann Maloney. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Douglass Funeral Home (51 Worthen Rd, Lexington, MA 02421). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (16 Follen Rd, Lexington, MA 02421).
