He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elefterakis and Fotoula Elefterakis (Seonis); his brother Peter Elefterakis; and his nephew Michael Butler. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Foucher of South Hadley; his children, Karen Elefterakis (John Tesny) of West Springfield, Kim Elefterakis of Easthampton and Amy Salvucci (Craig) of Merrimack, NH; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Danielle Salvucci; his sister Maria Butler of Russell; his nephews, David and Christopher Butler; his niece Anne Elefterakis; and his stepson Kevin (Teri Pietruskiewicz).
