With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leo J. Smith Jr. of Belchertown, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2024 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leo J. Smith Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his mother Sandra M. Smith; and his siblings, Melissa and Brian Smith. He is survived by : his children, Alayna Paulajka (Noah), Summer Muzerall, Caitlynne Martin, IvyRose Hoyle, Ciara Hoyle, Chance Smith and Cheyenne Smith; and his siblings, Terri Kamienski, Pete Kamienski, Jason Smith (Mandy), Celena Smith, Keith Smith (Julie) and Crystal Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Charbonneau Funeral Home (30 Pleasant St, Ware, MA 01082). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery.
