She was predeceased by: her husband Jon Foster; her parents, Richard E. Coggins and Mary Coggins (Hough); and her son Jon Foster Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Ford of Woonsocket and Andrea MacNeil (Bob) of Bellingham; and her brothers, Richard Coggins (Cheryl) of Summerton and Gary Coggins of Marlboro. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
