He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Bailey and Joan Bailey (Nancy Bailey); his wife Eileen; his sons, Luke Bailey, Joe Tagliaferri (Michelle) and Courtney Tagliaferri (Matt); his grandsons, Joseph and Jackson Tagliaferri; and his siblings, Barbara Kautz, Michelle Hollick, John (Judy Kautz), Gene (Lucille Bailey), Jody (Gary Waldron), David (Karen Bailey), MaryBeth (Ed Dziubinski), Patricia Bailey, Barbara "BJ" Bailey and Mark Bailey. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
