He was predeceased by : his parents, David L. Tuttle, Sr. and Margaret Keegan Tuttle; his siblings, Jane Darling, John, Robert, Richard and Howard; and his wife Margaret Quinn Tracy of Mary's Church.

He is survived by : his sons, David L. Tuttle III of Bellingham, Timothy J. Tuttle (Bernadette) of Arlington and Thomas T. Tuttle (Canton); his grandchildren, Mary T. Cembrola (Robert) of Grafton, Ellen M. Tuttle of Arlington, Katherine Wrenn, MD (Patrick) of Needham, Anna Sangalang (Michael) of Norwood, Matthew Cembrola of Worcester and Shannon Tuttle of Weymouth; his great grandchildren, Maia, James, Daniel, Jack and Connor; his brother Alan M. Tuttle (Barbara) of Dennis; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Tuttle and Julia Tuttle. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and many dear friends.
