He is survived by: his parents, Corey Shumaker and Elizabeth Shumaker (Smolak); his sibling Crosby Shumaker of Bellingham; his grandparents, Stanley H. Smolak, Jr. of Dedham and Suzanne Shumaker of Ashburnham; his aunt Amy Riordan (Timothy); his cousins, Tim and Abby of Foxboro; his uncles, Joseph Smolak (Nicole) of Braintree and Eric Smolak (Darlene); his cousins, Kyle, Jack and Lauren of Dedham; his uncle Scott Smolak; his cousins, Scarlett of Dedham, Stanley "Buster" Smolak, IV and Steven Smolak of Dedham; his aunt Wendy Shumaker; and his cousin Austin Adams of Ashburnham. He is also survived by friends, and classmates.
